Join us for an All-Level Yoga Class and Open House Silent Disco on the Tuesday before Halloween. This event at our studio is a great chance to connect with fellow yoga enthusiasts while celebrating the season. Feel free to invite your friends to explore our space!
On Tuesday, October 28th, we will host the “108 Sun Salutations for All Souls” class at 6:15 PM. This flow is suitable for beginners and all levels, allowing everyone to embrace the spirit of the season in a fun way. As part of our San Jose tradition, we will award a prize for the best Alligator Pose!
After the class, enjoy our silent disco Open House on the back patio. You can register for either the yoga class or the open house, with no obligation to attend both. Use the code SPOOKME for complimentary admission online. (Click the flyer above it will take you right there.)
The evening will feature:
– **Silent Disco:** Wear headphones and dance to your own beat (or feel free to sing along—we’ll keep it a secret).
