Watsu® Aquatic Massage

Watsu® is a gentle form of therapy that takes place in temperate, waist-deep water. The warm water pool allows peace and a connection to nature allowing blockages to be gently released. This specialized form of massage therapy is a mix of gentle rocking movements, stretches and support in the arms of the practitioner.

 

We are currently in the process of building a private, heated, above ground pool at a retreat center south of Los Gatos. Please help us get started on this HUGE endevor by donating to our GoFundMe or buying a Watsu Massage Package.

Semi-Private Group Classes are currently accepting new students at $35 a class, or as low as $20 in a package.

Hydra is currently not accepting new students for 60 minute Private Yoga lessons. Let us know if you'd like to waitlist for next season.

90 minute Private Yoga Lessons are availible for $140, $125 within a package.
