Kelly and Azadeh are a great pair for our yoga schedule. Yin with Azadeh will explore the traditional roots of the practice, emphasizing the energetic and meridian-based understanding of the postures, offering a different perspective from Kelly’s more medically-focused approach.
Yin Yoga is a practice that involves holding poses for longer periods of time, allowing for a deep stretch of the connective tissues and promoting relaxation. It’s a wonderful way to unwind, release tension, and improve flexibility. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class is suitable for all levels.
