All yogis know the importance of Savasana, which is a Yoga posture nap meditation taken at the end of class. Many of our massage clients want to sleep on the table after their sessions. Well, here’s your chance! Take a nap, or savasana, or meditation, with our new Energy Healing treatments. Swaddled in sheets, you cook in a Hot Pocket of crystals, flipping once, in irresistible infrared heat.
For longer treatments you can integrate Reflexology and Energy Healing Cranial Sacral. You can book the service alone or add the 30 min treatment to your massage session or private yoga class.

Healthy Line Rainbow Chakra Mat utilizes 5 therapies:
1. Crushed gem stones corresponding to Chakra zones. Heating gemstones heals the corresponding energy areas.

Similar to Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) addresses blockages in the physical body by gently holding the ankles, tailbone and atlas. CTS gently applies releases the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in order to balance the body’s nervous system. Reflexology uses energy zones of the feet and hands to promote healing through the body, especially internal organs. Reflexology, by healing the structure of the foot, promotes postural healing through the hips and spine.
